How to execute the documents?

If you have paid for the goods through cashless settlement you can obtain all the documents in our shop. Before you come to us, please, make sure that the money has been transferred to our account and if we have got all the details of your firm necessary for the documents issue.

In case you purchase the goods against cash all the documents can be executed on the spot.

Are the purchased goods under warranty?

Our firm carries out warranty service for the equipment, and thus you receive a warranty card with the address of service center. Most goods have original warranty cards. Please, note that many manufacturers have opened their service centers in Kiev and many other regions of Ukraine.

In order to obtain the qualified service in case of breakdown you can address to a service center.
In this case you just need to have an original warranty card or our warranty card if the original one is not attached to the corresponding consignment of goods.

How to order goods?

The range of goods represented in the shop is not full. You can always address yourself to a manager to get more specific information about availability and delivery time constraints of goods that are not shown in the window or are not in the warehouse.

How can goods be paid for?

Our company offers you possibility to purchase goods in different ways:
- cashless settlement
- in cash
- credit payment (for legal persons and individuals)

The necessary documents:
- passport with registration in Kiev or Kiev Region
- salary reference for the last six months (is valid for two weeks)
- for retirees: the pension reference
- for private businessmen: the registration certificate and the tax payer certificate
- identification code certificate

Credit execution
If you have all the necessary documents, please, phone our manager and arrange the time of your arrival in the office. You have to take into consideration that the credit execution will take some time.

At the shop out manager will take your order and issue an account for a credit. You will be also instructed about the further procedure of concluding a contract for credit and receiving-handing goods.
